Wheeeeeee and the week went by.

It's been a great week with many many many things to do. I had hardly any time left to study and when i do, i squandered it away regretfully.
Initially, i was dreading Davide's visit because i didn't know how to play host but it turned out to be a delightful experience exploring Singapore with him. Minus the fact that i didn't drive and didn't know much about Singapore except for her good food. He was so full from our foodie escapade. Will put up photos another day.
My apple lappy is spoilt and i haven't got time to fix her so I'm using my mum's apple instead. And i still need to fix the fan in my fujitsu in school. Sigh. I need more time and more determination.
Project meetings are dreadful but the end of MNO filming in Sentosa made me feel a little happier that our group's kinda fun. Kinda is the important word here. Hehe. Lotsa trouble but quite amusing. :)
Wednesday was great fun. Met up with weiting, nat and jules! Was upset that spizza isn't in holland v anymore but i got to visit Jule's house at sixth ave which made me feel bad not visiting my pri sch teacher yet because she lives there as well. She was the one who gave me $100 hongbao for going SEP and it was the first time i met her after many donkey years.
It rained and lucky jules took her jag out. Yup so blissful were we being driven home by Jules who promised not to consume a single drop of alcohol. (there's always next time!)

I sense better days ahead if only i could finish studying my biology psyche. Oh help me. Fortunately, puppy ain't here this week otherwise i wouldn't be studying at all.

dad: Let's take PIE today and see the ferris wheel!
me: Erm, ok.
(mental thought while being stunned for a while: wah daddy so sweet bring me, his daughter, to see the night view of Singapore?)

After we passed by the Singapore river and he took an alternative route instead of CTE,
me: Erm, why are we not taking CTE today?
dad: Got jam.
me: Orh, no wonder.

Okay i was deluded for a while but my nice daddy did pick me up at 11pm when his bedtime is 10pm. :))

My mother says.

My mother is one of the most highly involved mother in her daughter's life. She preached alot and one of the things i've come to appreciate is this,

"There will always be another better guy round the corner even after you're attached.
The key to a happy relationship is to stick to your choice and make the best out of it. Coz you've made a choice to forget about the other better guys and so did he. So you will both have to just work together to make the relationship the best possible and that's how marriages last."

Hollow

Many things happened but they seem kinda mundane nowadays unlike the numerous little escapades i had in uk so i don't know what to talk about anymore.

I'm kinda excited about the arrival of my own puppy! Visited the puppies on Sunday. They're like 2 weeks old. So tiny! They even slept on my hands. I hope she's a beauty when she grows older. We're taking her in 3-4weeks' time. Can't wait to shop for her accessories and i'm thinking of names for her like BB (black beauty), BD (black diva), Orh LuLu (Black in hokkien) or maybe just Bella (pretty girl in italian)? Hehe! There's a blackish one and a chocolatey one but i preferred the blackish one. Well i'm up for anything, love her all the same. :))

Finally bought a bag for my 9 yr old girl. It's the 'grant a wish' project and she wanted an orange sling bag but i couldnt find one after combing TP & i settled for a pink adidas sling bag. I would use it for myself so i hope she likes it. I'm so broke now & there's the vanity fair on thursday. =S

My london package came. My £50 one piece per colour local brit designer halter top is here. (damn, now i know where my 30k went) I've a nice oxford university tshirt which i bought in oxford town. It's junkfood kinda style. Nice. Will find the courage to wear it one day. Haha! Wanted to wear it to sanjay/sanjiv's gathering bcoz one of them is going oxford but didn't have the chance. (my deepest sympathy) My other diesel jeans isn't here though coz the guy who kept it is in Canada. All these rich boys keep travelling. But i do kinda regret not buying purple or red Cheap Monday skinnies. :( And my greek friend has sent me my stuff!!! Hope she didn't miss out anything or send it to the wrong address! I've a new zara blouse in there, my fave blue zara sweater & alot of sweet greek delicacies. ;) Gosh i could just shop and eat for a living, well not many can't.

This is sucha off-beat semester, i'll be happy if i can maintain my grades. God bless us.

I'm not sure if it's the aftermath of nights of drinking but the songs resonating through my ears proved to be heart wrenching.
